152 high-tech companies in Neu Isenburg

  A site analysis of high-tech companies, commissioned by the town of Neu-Isenburg in 2006 and carried out by the Planungsverband Ballungsraum Frankfurt Rhein-Main (Frankfurt/Rhine-Main Conurbation Planning Association) showed that Neu-Isenburg was blazing a trail in the Offenbach district, with a total of 152 high-tech firms. The majority of these companies were in the service industry, with 107 firms active in the information and communications technology sector. This sector is extremely well represented in Neu-Isenburg. Strategic IT management consultancy services provided for the e-business field can cover implementation, support or the further development of management applications for retail companies, banks and other production and service organisations. Other companies specialise in creating and/or selling software products for use in the following fields, for example: knowledge management, ID systems, security systems, electronic payment, time recording, financial management, electronic archiving, commercial geographic information software systems, medical information systems, online marketing, industrial automation and integration of various software products. It goes without saying that all this is supplemented by online services.
