Helmi (Henny) Dreifuß was born on November 19, 1912 in Gießen. She is the daughter of Nathan Julius Dreifuß and Amalie (Male), née Katten.

Helmi Dreifuß moved from Gießen to Erndtebrück on July 19, 1928 and from Erndtebrück to the Home 'Isenburg' on February 9, 1931.

On June 30, 1931, she moved to Darmstadt.

On January 10, 1940, she married the labourer Max Reiß (register no. 31).

On march 25, 1942, she was deported from Darmstadt to Piaski and murdered.
